PMSL.. I've been open enough for quite some time that if my eyewitness account of anything was of any interest to the "relevant authorities " they'd have been in touch. That they have not tells me its all about appearances just as its always been.

I appreciate the personal reply.

I can't understand the idea that the doping authorities have to chase you for the info - what is so wrong in delivering it to them? And deliver it to various media at the same time, so they can't pretend you didn't do so? Is it beneath you to make the phone call?

I just don't understand the mentality - if you are Daryll, and i have no reason to doubt it, your abhorence of doping is well documented. You now have some eye witness evidence that can help do something about it - why wait for an invitation?

The mentality is that I've been burnt, aint gonna get burnt again. Pro cycling can destroy itself in its own good time and only then might somat genuine with integrity rise from the ashes. Its that simple. Its what it deserves.

I just don't understand why you are pestering someone. Leave him the hell alone.

Telling anyone - media or BC - is not working too well...

You'll notice Shane Sutton using his mate Armstrong's defense words. Apparently with great effect.

He's on a public forum. If he wants not to answer me, he can, and he can ask me not to answer him. It is, all things considered, f*ck all to do with you.

Is this not the same story, twice? Am I missing something? I'm not being sarcastic, I'm wondering genuinely am i missing something here?

I presume, dangerous as that is, that one of the accusers is alleged to be Daryll, and the 'employee' is alleged to be Sutton.

If so, I agree, 'the employee's response stinks to high heaven, and Brailsford should be challenged publicly on it urgently. I'd choose a different media outlet, or outlets, to the Mail personally, they're sh*t all use. BBC/ABC(aus) for starters.

I'm sorry you feel that way, and cannot agree at all. But again, I am grateful you at least responded sincerely.

all the best.

All I am sticking to is what Brad himself said in an interview. ffs Mellow, wake up to yourself.

As opposed to what Brad said himself in other interviews?

If you don't believe the others, why believe this?

By saying their clean and winning, and by espousing constantly a mantra of marginal gains, they are more a target. Sky was the most successful team in 2012 yes, but dominance? The rider that topped the rankings was from Katusha, the winner of the Giro rode for Garmin, the Vuelta for Astana. OPQS dominated the one-day classics (which Sky won none of). Where Sky dominated were the short stage races and the Tour de France, and through Mark Cavendish, who you felt won inspite of them rather than because of them. In the Worlds they manged a silver from EBH, no more.

So successful yes, dominant no. So many races in the season of huge significance they didn't win that they tried very hard to do. When Boonen broke away at P-R with 53k to go there were 3 Sky riders in the lead group, combined they couldn't get him back. In M-SR they tried and failed miserably in delivering Cav to the line.

I fully agree with your first statement.
I thought there were four sky riders then EBH dropped.
Contador does not ride for Astana any more.
That was Marks' fault, he got dropped and would have failed anyways.

It doesn't matter who the employee or accusers are, you appear to be missing the point. Over a month ago accusations were made and nothing - read that word again coz it's pertinent - NOTHING has happened. Challenged publicly on it urgently. What fantasy land are you living in. When has Brailsford been challenged on anything. cf Hayles and his 50.3% Hct in 2008. Good grief man get a grip.

The fact that you completely missed this story is telling - you simply come in and harass Darryl about telling someone when clearly it would have no effect. And what does Darryl say - it's a PR exercise - which you then disagree with.

Well it looks like Darryl is right and you don't have a clue.

Tell the media, you say, but ignore the fact Sky are the media. A well-funded and influential media at that.
Gallagher brought out a story and has since been feted by Sky to sing their praises and it's working a charm.

Challenged publicly on it urgently. Bahahahahahahhahahahahahhahahahaa.

Good one. You doing standup now?

Huge difference between a scripted film crew and a cyclingnews interview in my mind, yes.

Talking about the season past only a month after the team completely botched the Vuelta and someone died ffs - where Brad was advised so much he felt hounded (what I call micromanaging, clearly definitions differ) vs a movie where there were probably takes and editing and etc etc, yes.

Emotional people speak from the heart. The emotion is clear in the interview I am referring to.

Not sure which other interviews you are referring to, but I believe a lot of them. Just not the scripted ones. Like the Sky interview where it was like a robot talking about the USADA reasoned decision. Good grief. That was not Brad, that was a talking head and a teleprompter.

Some are banned and others aren't. Marta Bastianelli and Aurélien Duval have both sat out two years for taking appetite suppressants.

These bananas will be individually selected through a process that goes into the tiniest detail ensuring the banana is prepared to meet the needs of the rider.

All bananas will be tested to ensure they have not tested positive for anything untoward prior to being eaten by a sky rider.

Sky's April training camp

Despite having been ill after the Settimana Coppi e Bartali, the capabilities Tiernan-Locke displayed at Sky's TENERIFE training camp in April were instrumental in orchestrating his move for 2013.

"I had an SRM on and we were doing all these timed efforts and tests. Tim Kerrison was there analysing all that data, doing all the blood lactate checks and all that.

"I hadn't used power in a while and it surprised me. We set off at different intervals for an hour-long climbing test. It was half of their Tour de France team and me, and although we couldn't see each other because we set off at different times, I was right up there.

"Ever since that training camp I've changed a few things; my position has changed a bit and I'm not pushing such a big gear."

Spinning FTW!

Brad slows his cadence in TTs to go faster for the same power, but continues to ride an aerobically challenging 100+ rpm in the hills.

Now JTL is changing down and spinning up on the uphills too.

Lance would be proud.
