So who is leading Sky now, Nieve?

Wiggins? That would be funny at least.

I think now that the arms race has reached the full genius phase, sky wont be able to peak all year round with super domestiques better than other teams leaders. They will probably become postal now, and only worry about the tour.

Then obvious step up to No 1 in the Giro? If Wiggins is to be believed he can be climber number 3 at the Tour. Good shout for Cataldo as well from A Frank.

I don't think so because they'd planned to take both Nieve and Henao to the Tour. So a fresh Porte replaces Henao.

I agree that Cataldo will be their nominal leader but he'd be lucky to make the top 10 so they'll mostly be stage hunting.

Wiggins is a spent force. Be surprised to see him actually race again rather than his tootling around on a bike........

Back to his Cofidis days. Look for a hilly Tour of Britain stage win after escaping with the sprinter's jersey wearer and Porte, who gifts him the stage. The stage win will be used as evidence of his hill climbing ability and proof he could have won the Tour de France clean.

Sky fans in the comments section

It's interesting how militant some of the sky fans are becoming in the comments sections below stories. I'm not talking about the argumentative types (as that is understandable), but the ones that just call you some pretty interesting names if you insinuate doping of their hero(s).

Maybe Sky can truly explain why one of their DS's was visiting a known PED dealer in Nice.

When asked who delivered the drugs he used to cheat in races, Armstrong replied with more names: masseuse Emma O'Reilly, bike mechanic Julien de Vriese and Philippe Maire, who has previously been described as "Motoman," a motorbike courier.

Sky look and sound like USPS more and more. Their excuses could have been written by Stapleton himself.
