Yeah, check out Walsh's twitter. Fans giving it to him left and right. He is basically saying there is no reason he should think this is suspicious.
I would gladly follow Walsh around with a loudspeaker that blasted out recordings of his own hypocritical arse giving Lance a good rattling in countless interviews and commentaries, but I have a day job and getting arrested seems like a quick way to lose it.

Too many people with too much money invested in this team to get busted

Do you honestly think for one second the Murdoch is going to let anyone with the SKY name on them to get busted.

The UCI would be destroyed long before they even got close
Think about how powerful the murdoch media is and what they could do to anyone who went near sky

This is a media magnate that boasts of bringing down governments for christs sake

Seriously, this would be a good time for the riders to down tools the next stage, as a protest, or ride piano en masse and just let Sky get on with it and the whole team win by 30 minutes.... That would exacerbate the pure foolishness of that team... What could the UCI do ?

Do you think the other riders are looking at Sky with anger? I doubt it, just jealousy, envy and probably asking their team docs WTF are they on and where can we get some?

UCI are in on this, no doubt. It wasn't Sky that were night time tested........ ;)

I sincerly hope the peloton will get sick of this team soon.

Doping is all in the game, but this is too much.

Nah, all the rest are jealous of Sky and its connections with UCI. Same as Armstrong era. They will have to take the crumbs given and wait till it is over.

UCI? Nothing, whatever happens. Maybe ASO, if they cared...

Would love to see the peloton to start on kids' tricycles behind Skyborgs.

I doubt the UCI will say or do anything until the memories have faded, unless Sky pulls off another blatant performance.. Like many said, they will probably pull their heads in now and tone it down, unless someone gets a rush of blood and rockets off again

Remember when everyone took it easy after Festina -- everyone except Lance?

And how many complained? 1. Bassons.

We don't have a Bassons in the peloton any more.

Secret pro maybe?

Bassons had integrity. Secret pro is a joke.

Seriously guys- none of them will dare to do a thing!!!
Murdoch could crucify any of them in a heart beat.
What would happen if the UCI stepped in - Cookson gets destroyed in numerous papers and tv expose documentaries about his past and shady links to teams and former dopers.
Any Rider complains - Murdoch goes out with a ton of cash and finds a dozen people willing to swear that rider injected umpteen PED's right in front of them
ASO steps in - Murdoch pulls all of his channels out of buying any cycling coverage and talks a number of others into doing the same. Or worse just buys ASO to piss them off.

This is not the Lance era where a few people had some serious influence
This is one of; if not THE most powerful media company in the world playing with the sport of cycling for their own amusement.

So all I can say now is those who think cycling is a sport - sorry no longer.
It is now entertainment and Mr Murdoch is running the show - Just like Cowell did to the music industry.

Next year - Sky win the tour with GT
Sky development team win the Giro and Vuelta with an, as yet unknown british junior rider.

Then the Worlds. Course suits him

I'll start saying this before every race G enters. Equally true every time. Unless there's a descent, of course. There'll be a ditch or two with Thomas' name on it if there's a bit of downhill on the parcours.

they never go for those other gts or classics though. they just dominate the tdf. Sort of like Armstrong
Who sky are nothing like.

As brailsford said "they believed Armstrong when deep down they knew they shouldn't have, and now they take out that frustration by not believing us, when deep down they know they should"

What do you expect.
Theirs and their family's incomes depend on the success and popularity of cycling.

If Sky win Le Tour, then they, I am guessing here, be allowed to win La Vuelta. Will they risk Spanish 'fixing' them?
