Got it - agreed. Wiggo still had 3 times the team at the front as everybody else, and now it is down to Froome and Wiggo.

Froome is not sticking to the script....fortunately the car calls him and reminds him he's supposed to look cracked so as not to draw too much attention...

Ha ha ha ha Froome must be gutted. He could have decimated Wiggins up there and is stronger in the climbs.....however he is doing it. Cue infighting on the team bus later as Froome wonders can he win it himself.

It's going to be so funny next year when Froome has to leave Lord Nelson so he chase down Contador (fwiw no Sky will not be caught for doping between now and then or five years from now, ten maybe).

What we learnt today:

* Cadel is yesterday's man, and Menchov is so last week
* Wiggins to be a single Tour winner
* Nibali and Wiggins like each other again
* Froome, Van Garderen and Pinot as future contenders
* Rolland....?
