I also think the July posters think then Clinic was created just for Sky. We've been debating doping well before Armstrong's comeback & will continue to do so. It's not a Sky thing here. It's a doping forum. They've just stumbled upon something and can't believe that in the day and age of clean cycling that a British team with Dutch doctors would cheat.

Watch next year how many teams suddenly have super doms. They'll come from nowhere I'll tell you.

This would be more credible if the majority of posts I have seen from you weren't passive-aggressive and full of exaggerations, like for example 'Dutch doctors'. Just saying

That's stupid. Pantani rode in the era when EPO wasnt detectable. You could use at races. Now you microdose & transfuse. You can't get to 60% hemocrits and saline them down by morning.

You know this. I like the comparisons to the EPO era. Why not compare 2008? Or 2010?

Hang on, so Froome is as fast as Pantani?

I havent waded into the weight/power numbers debate because it ties the discussion up. I cannot say if Sky are definitely doing anything but on the evidence of what i have seen it is certainly suspicious and worthy of questioning, especially given current news, i.e. two guys busted at the Tour and the whole USADA inquiry. I want to believe they are clean but as has been said by others, too many flags are being raised, too many odd coincidences, a previous post of mine alluded to this. I am not a cynic but i am certainly not a fool. Everyone has to decide with their own eyes.

I see plenty of "facts" Cavalier, for you to answer. But then you like "facts" like "lost weight, went to tenerife, won stuff, must be doping"

Ah those facts...got you...as you were...back to the armchair and hand cream.

Pretty poor dodge Cav. Would love to hear you answers and especially your expertise.

Right, here's a fact for you:

My reg month: June
Your reg month: July.

Guess what you were saying about those "registered in July" people was right. Stick to being an Armstrong apologist, because making up lies like Wiggins having a 4th place in a prologue AND a 4th place in an ITT in the TDF in 2007 aren't helping your case.

Actually, I'll just make you #2 on the ignore list. I'm not interested in debating with people who make things up as they go and spout rubbish. Enjoy your mushroom.

July 10 I joined. Right after the tour had finished. Not during and not just before in June.

So impressive that you have yet again confirmed your troll status by refusing to answer anything put to you. "Oh put the dissenter on ignore, it's easier that way....then it can just be us, with our "facts"

Enjoy the cult dude, you were made for it. Run away as fast as you can. It goes with the whole cowardly anonymous accusations on the internet shctick you have got going on.

I do not disagree, this is something the Twiggy fanboys are ignoring, mentioned in the last ten pages, Valverde etc.....unfortunately people seem to be lowering their antennae purely because its the Brit boys who would never dream of doing anything dodgy, i find that argument particularly vacuous, they either claim to know Sky riders personally which is enough for a declaration of innocence or its the whole nothing they are doing in the race is at all unusual.Bizarre...

I'm glad I don't have that link in my signature which tells everybody who I am so that I can make cowardly anonymous accusations on the internet....oh.

Anyway I'm out. I hope that the knee-jerk reaction to my points isn't to dismiss it as fanboy or July poster. Rather that I'm saying there isn't an absolute argument. Whatever holes you want to make in Sky riding clean can be made in yours saying they are riding dirty. I will say you are taking the path of least resistance to judge them juicers, and aggressively engage those who say otherwise, although Lance would be proud :p

I've been reading this forum for a long time and have been resisting getting drawn into it, because it is an ugly, if justifiable and understandable place. I have said what I wanted so now I withdraw and leave you to your unending debate.

You seem pretty peeved at things. Forums are for discussion and some folks are tired of repeating themselves (evidently not U).

The discussion in this thread is hardly like calling someone names on twitter or other silliness - that is another issue entirely.

Posters on forums use different names for different reasons. Being anonymous is not always cowardly and in the case of forum conversations, would rarely be the case. But, that is a nice attack to try and get folks upset.

And pray what accusations might they be?

Hang on are you a magician? How are you seeing this if I am on ignore?

But keep ignoring the questions, it's making you look knowledgeable and not at all like a troll.

So Wiggins palmares five years ago in 07 was mediocre? "fact?"

Cancellara having form for the prologue must mean he holds similar form for ITT "fact?". Ignore the fact that Hushovd, Sagan and even Cavendish have won prologues.

Your "expertise" I am therefore presuming is likewise a "fact"

I have just joined and most people in here are a friendly bunch. You seem like a reasonable chap, perhaps you shouldnt expect too much, is it that ugly? The people banned in here for nastiness and aggressive behaviour were Sky defenders, you have a right to your opinion, tough it out lad!

@dog:
I'm still waiting for that proof of the 4th place in the ITT and the prologue you said he had in the TdF by 2007.

Or, like your Kimmage story, and your accusation of me using internet anonymity, are you just making it up as you go along?

When you can supply me with that, or acknowledge you're making it up as you go along, I'll rip your other post to shreds for you.

Actually Ripper, it is exactly the same. Coming on the most infamous doping forum on a well known cycling forum and accusing riders of doping based on suspicions is the same. Doing so anonymously is also cowardly.

Using a moniker on a forum isn't in and of itself cowardly, but hiding behind that anonymity is, and if you can't see that, then it's probably because you don't want to.

I don't dismiss you because of when you have joined - but any point you have made has been rebutted already.

That does not automatically mean Sky are doping - but their actions have rightly drawn questions, and if Sky have nothing to hide they should have been answered long ago.

And while it hasn't happened before doesn't preclude the possibility it can happen, that's just stupid.

That I agree with. When there is a pattern across decades, and someone dramatically breaks with that pattern, it is worth noting. But it is not in and of itself damning.

Glad you agree. And it's 'you're clean'. FYI

Excellent. So there you have it. Ride the same speed as Pantani = doper. If not clean.

I like your well thought out arguments. They're brilliant. To think I've been arguing that Sky might be on a program and all I'd needed to do was compare it Pantani times.

Silly me.

You're good.

4th in the ITT at the 2007 TDF and fourth in the prologue is what I said...and really you can't use google....or even the search function here?

You seem to be the master of saying a lot yet saying nothing at all. Disingenuous maybe, genius certainly not. Taking a small point and trying to make it the main thrust of my argument is interesting but simply more passive-aggression.

You would make a great politician
