Important to remember that training sprints are completely different to sprints in competition. For example, Alexander Kristoff is probably one of the fastest riders in the world when it comes to "sprinting for the sign" etc (much faster than EBH for instance) whilst after a hard day in the peloton he's not nearly good enough. That being said, Rasmussen certainly has a big talent and I hope he soon lives up to his potential, but I'm not sure if he's best served becoming a pure sprinter.

Ofc, and ofc Farrar will still be the guy they ride for. But it does say something when Farrar "was really impressed". I reckon Alex will get the chance in some smaller races and some cobbled classics maybe.
