They sure are. Those guys were good for 20 wins a year or more. They’ve also had injuries to Laporte and Van Baarle. If everyone was healthy they’d be doing just fine, I think. (Jury is still out on Cian as a replacement for Roglic.)
Riders of Roglic' quality generally aren't remotely replacable, apart from fantasyland where Pogacar or Evenepoel are available.

It's often the pattern, lose your big GC or one day leader abruptly and the team dynamic is affected. The problem Jumbo have on the GC side is they don't have anyone almost as strong as Vingo anymore with Roglic gone. Kind of the same situation Ineos were in after Bernal but they don't really have a Thomas or Tao to soften the loss in GC. At least Vingo should be back next year 100%, I don't feel it will be a multi-year recovery like Bernal has taken,

  • Vingegaard: bad crash
  • Van Aert: Bad crash
  • Kooij: sick in giro
  • Benoot: started season with a fracture
  • Laporte: sick in spring + giro
  • Uijtdebroecks: sick in giro
  • Kelderman: Paris Nice crash
  • Lemmen: fractured collarbone
  • Van Baarle: sick in spring classics
  • Gesink: crash in giro
  • Per Strand Hagenes: crash in E3
  • Gloag: hit by car end of last season
At this point I fully expect half their Tour team to get kidnapped by Aliens and their Vuelta team gets sucked in by a black hole into another dimension

Didn't Tratnik also lose a couple of spring classics due to sickness?

Visma going full-on Sky by designating a swim coach as replacement for Merijn Zeeman. Jacco Verhaeren has previously led the Dutch and Australian Olympic swimming teams, resulting in several gold medals. He has been involved with Jumbo/Visma in an advisory roll since last season. Verhaeren will act as technical director, with Grischa Niermann and Mathieu Heijboer as his deputies.

He's probably a capable person, but he lacks the hands-on experience in cycling that Zeeman had.

You forgot Kooij dropping out of the Giro due to sickness

Assuming that Vingegaard will be ready for the Tour, I think Visma can still build a strong team to support him in the mountains with Kuss, Jorgenson and Kelderman (assuming that he doesn't crash hard in TDS) however the biggest problem that I see is that the rouleur support will be much thinner than before with Van Hooydonck gone from cycling and now Van Baarle out of the Tour as well. This makes me think that Van Aert will need to ride the Tour regrdless of his shape because otherwise Vingegaard will be left just with Laporte and Tratnik for the flat.

I don't even know who will be the 8th rider, maybe Gesink?
