However, in terms of ROI, my most important pick has actually been Søjberg. (And Sander Hansen, but since he was free it wasn't really an investment.)
That NC title definitely helped.

And here are my riders for the week:

It's a really tight battle between 2nd and 5th. Houdini and myself probably have an edge for the rest of the Vuelta because of Tiberi. Then it's going to come down to Rodriguez vs Van Eetvelt. The latter is probably in better form but the former is a lot more experienced over three weeks and almost peerless when it comes to grinding his way up a GC even when the legs aren't great.
After this week you almost catched me, but for now only nearby.. :p
But we have an advantage of more than 300 points to 4th overall now. Vuelta GC wise with Tiberi out, our teams are more or less equal now.
HoudiniCycling lost the momentum a bit with Tiberi out and van Eetvelt not anymore stronger than C. Rodriguez. Adamski101 is suffering, that he doesn´t have Carapaz. Madrazo and a few others behind are of course dangerous with Mas in their team.

Lots of discussions at the beginning of the year about how stacked the 400-600 points range was. Not a lot of talk about Jonathan Milan potentially turning into the best pick out of all those guys (which he is quietly on the way to doing) but my algorithm knew. Just a shame I didn't listen, especially considering I went for Uijtdebroeks (yuck) and Sheffield (should end up decent) instead. At least Carapaz and Girmay did what was expected of them and I avoided the Hayter/Higuita duo.

Ineos with a collective disappearing act in the GC on the last stage that would make Ethan Hayter proud. No Sheffield GC points for me as a result but at least I'll get some Hagenes points finally.
Well, at least Turner didn´t disappoint. Another rider into profit.

7 left. At least in this competition I can seriously compete with Shalgo, who has right now 27 riders into profit. (One more than me)

Bummer, that it seems, that Nys ended his road season yet. A good, but no fantastic pick in the end. A lot more had been possible given his potential..
