I hadn't heard of Aleksandr Vlasov yet. He'a a 23-year old Russian who made the top 10 in five GCs this year: Asturias, Sicilia, Andalucia, Coppi & B, Tour of the Alps. Last year he won the Girobio (= former Baby Giro). Pretty good for his age.
