Maybe the thought of a friendly shake from this podium girl, maybe spur TGBM to victory?

To be honest I have not really been keeping up with this race (Vuelta a Colombia, was more my fancy) But is ayone looking especially good or exceptionally good here? Especially young riders or at least younger riders? Because perhaps some deals can still be made, and certain teams will need to cut back, or will disappear altogether.

(also off-topic, but shouldn't we have an official Bauke thread?)

The revelation of the race has been Grega Bole - sprinter and now climber. OK it was a bit embarrassing to get beaten by his leadout man on the cobbled climb yesterday (and that may yet prove to be decisive in the GC) but he should be doing more than just leading out Petacchi in future

Sportzchick, or whatever her name is? I've always just assumed ACF was male, I'm not sure actually.
Yep

He's not a woman or a man. He's boy.
It would be a shame if I were a little boy as I would not be able to enjoy one of the main industries in The Netherlands...prostitution.

Back to racing, I think the finish tonight will suit Ballan a bit better. I was surprised to see that Bole was still up there.

That definately is one of our main industries. If they forbid prostitution in the Netherlands then we'll go bankrupt! really........

Ulissi already showing flashes of his fabulous potential, I see.

Lorenzetto is one of the team's leaders and a highly paid and regarded rider. Bole is not.
As good as Bole is, he was the leadout man, not the designated finisher.

Someone else said something about this:

about yesterdays stage...it seemed like Bole is trying to outsprint Lorenzetto and that is exactly what happened. They had an agreement in Lampre team that Lorenzetto will work for Bole in this stage, because he really wanted to win it and dedicate it to his grandmother who passed away last week.

Looking at the 2 remaining stages it's hard to see Martin not holding on to yellow. Todays finish is lumpy but less than yesterday and Krakow will be a sprint.

Today will be hard enough for him. The entire top-10 probably still feels they can win it.

From what I read today Rabo is still aiming to get TGBM the overall victory, so you're prolly right.

Will be interesting to see if Garmin can cope with so many hopefuls.

The main danger to Martin is probably Bole getting enough bonus seconds - if he won today he could get within 4 ticks
