Seems like every single stage Froome has won since 2011, (which is about 10, 11 or something, 4 at the TDF alone) Sky think of some new technical or scientific detail that will help him for that stage that explains why he won that stage.

Different one every time.

And each one they try it works like a charm each and everytime.

To me the bit about Brailsford being on the beach, which Granville pointed out, is still by far the most important thing to come out of the book.

The other stuff is ridiculous of course, but can still be defended with - "prove it isn't how we say", or "you are cynical", "you are an internet troll who doesn't believe in miracles".

The beach thing, compared to his earlier testimony of actually sleeping in a hotel at that point, basically shows beyond reasonable doubt now that Brailsfraud made the story up.

Its a fugazi.

Clear proof that Brailsford is lying about Froome's history.

Now anyone tells me that "you don't know" must be the default position for everyone on sky, I can point to that. - Why is he lying. Innocent clean teams don't lie, they don't need to lie. They just go with the truth.

I am a man of constant marginal gains
I've seen trouble all my days
I'll say goodbye to Nairobi
Where I was born and partly raised.

wow

The "how's that coffee Alberto" sounds to me like "how do you like them apples"
phrase, as well as the "I will never forget that -it will go to the bank memory"-basically all the same textbook sh!T that Armstrong was doing back then.......

and Walsh is lending his time to write it?

Yes even Ivan Basso was asking about what was in their protein drinks.

Yes that Ivan Basso who was later shocked at the speeds they rode at the 2012 Tour.

lol how does a clean rider like Froome know what a doper like Basso is thinking?

Anyway we can add Basso to the list of pros who think Froome is clean. Not that he has said so but Froome thinks Basso thinks he's clean.

Maybe its time for Froome to mention all the dopers who don't think he is clean like Michael Rasmussen, Jorg Jackse, Danilo Di Luca, Ricardo Ricco.

Oh let me guess, he ignores those ones.

Of course what you and Granville failed to realise was they related to to completely different events.

Here are those two quotes again:

"I was with Shane Sutton on the beach road in Melbourne during the time trial..."

"Back at the Team Sky hotel in Embrun, Brailsford slept through most of the time trial..."

Melbourne is in Australia and hosted the 2006 Commonwealth Games.
Embrun is in France and hosted the final time trial of the 2013 Tour de France.

Clear proof indeed.

So besides Porte, does he have any friends at Sky?

He has text buddies and Richie is a sharp tool. He knows what to say.

Froome needs a good start in the flat prologue. Froome starts off with 520W which is good but not crazy and he is soon up to his max heartrate of 170 (which is low). Froome is wasted at the end, which is strange given the effort but the soigneur points to the cotton wool still in his nose which has prevented approx. 30% of his breathing. Nevertheless 16s down on Cancellara is not bad. The team mates (especially Eisel) rib him about his mistake.

Is he really that stupid......
