Wow. The guy has absolutely no respect. No respect for his team, his rivals, his sponsors. Nobody. He is a one-man show and he wants you to know it. He might actually have as many issues as Mr. Armstrong.

Again... we can assume he did proofread this (probably with Michelle????) and yet he gave it the thumbs up... amazing.

This isn't so much character assassination as character suicide :D

Anyway we can add Basso to the list of pros who think Froome is clean. Not that he has said so but Froome thinks Basso thinks he's clean.

does anyone fully know the rules of the Omerta? Like, riders aren't allowed tell anyone outside of their fellow pros about what goes on, but is it acceptable to approach someone on another team and ask them, 'so what pharmaceuticals are you guys taking this year?'. Or, is it as I'd expect, you ask them what recovery drinks they're taking in the hope that they spill all?

I wanted to know what my potential was. I wanted to go as hard as I could in the mountains till I blew!

Isn't this exactly the problem he had previously, which was used to explain away his complete lack of success?

So Sky's training program, which apparently burned out like 75% of the team last season, was still too soft for Froome and Porte and they regularly trained harder/longer than they were supposed to. And they were perfectly fine.

Makes you wonder how they recovered from the training but then Tyler helpfully explained how this is all done in his book so we know.

So, apparently his racing weight is 66kg and he averaged 459 watts up the Madone. That's 6.95 W/Kg for 30 min, seems legit.

66kg it is.

I keep on thinking of that episode of Friends, ( odd I know :) ), where Joey is at the high point of his career as a crap actor, now earning real money in a Soap opera, & he does an interview, & takes credit for writing his own lines. His career takes a sharp left turn when the actual writers see the interview :D

I think we're all wondering the same thing... what the fup are the actual decision makers, the trainers, dieticians etc, thinking about Dawg taking all the credit ?

The second thing I wondering, is how can someone as pipe-cleaner thin as Froome support such a big head ?

Even the caption is prophetic !

Sure. Larger artery or something. You didn't know? Ed Coyle tested them both when they weren't getting tested by Sky. You sum things up nicely.

I'm not sure how anyone can think Froome isn't doping because this book absolutely confirms it. I may have to actually buy this one.

This sport just doesn't stop giving.

At least it confirms my opinion about that race. Sky dragged the peloton around for hours. Which, is totally, you know, normal. It happens all the time. Why, just last.... Oh, well maybe at .... Hmmm. I'll find another one like it.

It was a terrible race strategy! Did they just expect the others to just give them the race?
