Nairo let me down today for my GC bet for P-N, so replacing it with a bet on Velits (51 with Bet365) for the overall. He wasn't exactly impressive in Oman a few weeks back, but he has the ability if he can find that elusive form.

I like how his odds on there seem to have gone down since you posted this.

lol Klöden is still at 67 so I think I'm just gonna hit it for the lulz. Cant get EW though :(

Saw a tweet from Howard which made me think of a new angle on today's stage...

If they let the right breakaway go and Sky contribute to the chase for the first 150km the sprinters' teams could do the rest on the run in to Nice. Sportsbet (Paddy) seems to be the only place with odds for sprinters.

Howard/Matthews 67
Petacchi/Kristoff/Bozic/Kittel 101
Renshaw/Viviani/Hutarovich 251

Looks like it's raining though so chances are heavily with the breakaway, just depends on its composition.

yeah I took some wiggins around this time last year at bigger prices than froome is now, froome with his past history just is not backable, if he makes it on the day riding as he is he will go off fav thou
