The way her name cuts through the 'welcome', sort of makes it looks like they're writing 'Weloome'...

The first E is missing a line as well.

Tereza will be a new man woman at UAE ADQ, and García Pierna has been confirmed at Arkéa.

I find it hard to believe. He still has three year on, what I assume, is an extremely well paid contract.

At the moment, it is a very long shot that he is able to contend for the podium of a GT again. Don't think he will take a large paycut or that Movistar will pay him something similar to his current contract.

The only possibility is INEOS assuming a little of his contract in order to get rid of him.

Sure, if they get him for "free" and not on the same salary he has at Ineos.... but I cant see Bernal agreeing to that.
One possibility is that if Ineos buy him out of his contract, and Movistar offer him a contract worth the balance.

The other is that having missed out on the biggest prospect in their own feeder with Arrieta going to UAE, and now losing García Pierna from there too, too many eggs were in the Carlos Rodríguez basket - after all this deal was being talked about as a done one this time last year - and now they're getting desperate and are willing to throw enough money at Bernal for it to be worth him jumpib ship, on the hope that he returns to form.

Sure, if Ineos dont want him on the squad they have enough money to buy him out. Dont really see them doing that though.

Would be silly of Movistar to do that They would be better off to save that money and try to get in another good/decent rider who doesnt have contract in the meantime or just wait until the next established GC-rider becomes available. Stick with Mas for now.

Paul Double announced by EOLO Kometa for 2024.
Niklas Larsen confirmed to stay at UNO-X for 2024.
Dylan Vanderstome and Jasper Dejaegher (Intermarché-Wanty Devo) will turn pro at Flandes-Baloise on 2024.
Davide Ballerini strongly rumoured to return to Astana starting next season.

On another note, I'm curious about Intermarché, which have been very quiet for next season. Their official roster for next year stands at 23 riders, with the signing of Vito Braet and the promotions of the very talented Busatto and the "workhorse" Roel Van Sintmartensdijk.

Meintjes is set to stay (24th rider). As for the others, Johansen is valued as part of Thijssen sprint train, so I would guess he is staying.

I would love Aimé De Gendt to stay, but I'm afraid he will leave (my guess would be Bingoal).

They need to add a couple of riders who score a relevant tally of points. This year they have been unlucky with crashes and illnesses but, to be fair, need to improve for next season.
