The first E is missing a line as well.
Tereza will be a new man woman at UAE ADQ, and García Pierna has been confirmed at Arkéa.

"Egan Bernal (IGD), despite being on contract until 2026, could change teams in 2024: an unexpected offer is on the way from... Movistar."
How would it be a good deal? He is nowhere near his former level. They would be doing Ineos a big favor.I wouldn't mind Egan at Movistar. would be a good deal for them, him instead of Rodriguez

Sure, if they get him for "free" and not on the same salary he has at Ineos.... but I cant see Bernal agreeing to that.probably Ineos, instead of paying for the Movistar-Rodriguez pre-agreement would just let Egan leave to Movistar
Perhaps Bernal wants to be rid of the weight of expectations for the current contract he’s carrying?but I cant see Bernal agreeing to that.
One possibility is that if Ineos buy him out of his contract, and Movistar offer him a contract worth the balance.Sure, if they get him for "free" and not on the same salary he has at Ineos.... but I cant see Bernal agreeing to that.
Sure, if Ineos dont want him on the squad they have enough money to buy him out. Dont really see them doing that though. One possibility is that if Ineos buy him out of his contract, and Movistar offer him a contract worth the balance.
The other is that having missed out on the biggest prospect in their own feeder with Arrieta going to UAE, and now losing García Pierna from there too, too many eggs were in the Carlos Rodríguez basket - after all this deal was being talked about as a done one this time last year - and now they're getting desperate and are willing to throw enough money at Bernal for it to be worth him jumpib ship, on the hope that he returns to form.
I dont think that is how it works. He will see out his contract or they buy him out. I would also imagine there are no expectations left.Perhaps Bernal wants to be rid of the weight of expectations for the current contract he’s carrying?
And money isn’t the only driver for team choice.
Not sure that is allowed through UCI rulessilly post mode ON: and if Ratcliffe just bought Soudal-Quickstep and owned 2 teams? Ineos and Soudal-QS? he'd get Remco and move him to Ineos, and let Lefevere run Soudal. voilà
