EF announcing a signing is basically breaking news.
Now they just need seven* more to be at the minimum

*At least I think it's 28 riders that's the minimum.

Pretty sure it's 27. Groupama started this season with 27.

Huh? I was certain I'd read somewhere it's 28...

What's it for ProTeams? Uno-X are apparently planning on only having 26 riders, and I'm pretty sure WBx2 recently announced their final lineup with only 20.

but even in this topic there are many names mentioned in the context of EF.I am more interested in which players will not extend their contracts and what the cooperation with Aevolo will look like

Yanina Kuskova joining Laboral Kutxa was not what I had expected, but it will be interesting to see how it works out. From what I understand, she doesn't speak a whole lot of English, and her Spanish, Basque and Italian are probably even worse.

Her situation sort of mirrors that of fellow new LK rider Yuliia Biriukova, who couldn't speak much English and no French when she rode for Arkéa in 2022. I assume her language skills have improved since then, and due to her being/having been based in Italy and having ridden for the UAE devo team, she might also have picked up some Italian over the years.

Nice signing. Lots of potential there and a nice fit for the programme they ride. She did interviews through a translator at the Tour de France Avec Zwift but her English is actually decent and she's been working hard at it as she knows its the de-facto lingua franca for a lot of teams. Zero idea if she knows any Spanish, Basque or Italian.

Probably already mentioned but Vincenzo Albanese will likely join EF next year.
News to me at least! Good Bettiol replacement if so but what is it about EF singning cronically incosistent versatile puncy riders. They keep doing this but fail to get the most out of the roster every single year. Albanase is a really nice rider still.

Makes it pretty clear that Arkea are getting relegated - and probably folding then at the end of 2025.
