The hope of a seeing a Danish team on the startline of the 2021 TdF, doesn't look likely anymore.
Well, I'd say it's more the 2022 TdF that would be the goal. You know the Copenhagen Grand Depart has been postponed, right?

With that logic I'm staying the same age for another 12 months.Yeah I did know that, but instead of adding a year to 2021, I added it to the current year. But if the Tokyo Games can still be called the 2020 Olympics, I can also call it the 2021 TdF Vol. 2.
I don't know, don't think any of them have offers but they should have. Results this year does not really reflect how solid Eriksson is. Quaade is so strong in all kinds of races and is such a great person. In August he improvised a trip to the cape at the furthest north geographical point in Europe and wrote a great diary: View: https://www.instagram.com/p/CB8DeMjnNvd/So, a potential doubling of the number of Swedes on the WT?

I know that EF (company) want Swedish riders in the team. But have not heard any rumors about it (Eriksson to EF).Well, you mentioned a Swede as someone who could - theoretically - get a WT contract. Any Swede getting a WT contract would mean a doubling of the number of Swedes on the WT.
Erik Frisk Bergstrom could potentially, in one or 2 years time, be interesting for WT teams. He is a Hugh Carthy like climber.I know that EF (company) want Swedish riders in the team. But have not heard any rumors about it (Eriksson to EF).
Could Kim (2018) get a contract why wouldn't Lucas get one he is alot better cyclist.

According to CQ, they have 27 and in fact they seem to have at least 28 because Docker seems to be staying.According to PCS, the only team under the required minimum is indeed EF, with 26. So... could happen.

(Just to be sure, the minimum required number of riders on a WorldTeam is 27, right? Otherwise, this whole post is gonna make me look like an idiot...)

That's actually a good question. I thought at one time the minimum was 25 and then changed to 27, but I'm not sure what it currently is.
It's probably part of the possible Nippo deal. Šiškevičius could be brought along as well.
Aah, so possibly Caicedo has extended, without there having been a public announcement yet.
Based on 2018 to 2019 progression he would have been the overwhelming favourite for Paris-Roubaix this year so he should be quite the bargain.
Yes, I noticed that too. Quite strange. Can you be too far out of a time limit to be considered anything other than DNF? Not really, I would say.Based on the progession, he would have finished the race before it even started!
And why the hell does PCS have him listed as DNF - as opposed to OTL - for 2018?He made it to the velodrome! They even opened the gates to allow him to do a lap.

it was reported that (due to the pandemic situation) they offered a contract extension to every rider. So I'd guess him (and Docker) will stay - unless they are hoping for more opportunities/money elsewhere
