One hopes he can continue to race CX & MTB......though I don't think Colnago make either a CX or MTB.

Was this a painted bike from other brand?

Is Pogi team related to UAE? It's not their development team right?

I don't know the exact structure, but UAE has started sponsoring the team from this season. And since Christen will continue to ride for the team, I'd say it is de facto a devo team.

News on the new Italian cycling team p/b Davide Cassani
Head sponsor: Coffé Borbone (coffee-brand)
Bikes: Bianchi
Riders so far: Ulissi - Fedeli & Trentin

The 1st 2 kinda make sense but I have a hard time believing Trentin would opt for a Proconti Italian team the coming years.
I can see why Trentin might as would still be almost guaranteed a Giro wildcard and with Ulissi and Trentin the team should get plenty of invites for the spring classics. With how Pogacar took to the cobbles like a duck to water Trentin would be relegated to super domestique status at UAE in any race Pogacar entered.

Here's a thought: Uno-X could sign the Kragh Andersen brothers. They do seem to have a bit of a Gotta catch them all thing going on with regards to Scandinavian brothers.

Only Norwegian brothers (and Norway/denmakr don't make up all of Scandinavia anyway) ;)

Søren would be an interesting addition to their classics team, for sure, whereas Asbjørn is currently coming back from a knee injury which has plagued him for some time, and his level is a bit uncertain. If they could sign Søren they probably would find a spot for Asbjørn, too, if that was a requirement, but I can't see SKA going to a ProTeam now.

Where does it say only Norwegian brothers. And, sure, they should try and get their hands on the Erikssons too.
A shame Fredrik Ludvigsson retired, though.

From what we know, they're only signing Danish and Norwegian riders, because that's the key markets for Uno-X. If they had been interested in Swedish riders, it would have been a bad choice not to have signed the Erikssons after last season.

Earlier today Norwegian TV2 interviewed Mads Pedersen after Pedersen had been around the Uno-X bus.

Dialogue went like this:
Reporter: We saw you were looking at UnoX equipment. We are dreaming about a danish superstar to the norwegian-danish team. Can we hope?
Pedersen: Everything can happen, everything is possible.
Reporter: Have you signed already?
Pedersen: I don't know. Maybe.
Reporter: What do you think about the project?
Pedersen: I think it's supercool with a nordic team with only nordic riders. That's of course something you're looking at. I can't deny that.
Reporter: You look almost in love. Is there a connection between you and Uno-X already?
Pedersen: Haha, I think its a supercool team. As I said, everything can happen.

Soooo, time to intensify the dreaming?

I don't need another Belgian team at the WWT level, instead, it would be great to have a team that was from Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Iceland etc., it would be great to see the great signings stick together there.

The WWT could be more internationally interesting if there was more of a diversification requirement - so that this wasn't 50% Belgium, French, or Italian teams.(via rights questionable countries).

Currently, there is one WWT, from Australia, Netherlands, Germany, Israel, Spain, UK, and the US. (EF, vs Trek, doesn't have any American riders).

(Yes I get that the registration country doesn't matter that much, and many teams have riders from all over the place).

To me, there is too much trying to win not WWT single-day races, versus GC for many teams.

(I posted part of this on another channel)

When you write WWT, Are you talking about men or women cycling?
In my head WT is about men World Tour and WWT is about Women World Tour. A bit confusing.

I think that's the way most of us are thinking. And if you wanted to not consider men's World Tour the "default", surely MWT would make more sense.
