I hope they leave Finn with the rookies as planned. He is 18 years old. He's supposed to be a classement rider, that's different from a Brennan who's racing for wins right away. He should mature in peace. One more year (I would even like to see more, but that's unrealistic) with the rookies and a few more appearances with the 1st team.
Koch going to UAE would also surprise me a lot, I haven't heard of it anywhere either.
The team theoretically has enough good climbers: Roglic, Lipowitz, Pellizari, Hindley, Martinez, Vlasov, Aleotti. Behind them Hajek, Fisher-Black and maybe van Gils. You definitely don't have too few. The form is just not right for many riders of the team. Good teams also need time to grow. Until everyone finds their role, who is really captain, who is a helper and who gets a free ride in smaller races.
Take the ex-rider Majka. He has really blossomed as a clear helper. At RBH, however, this distribution of roles is not clear for many riders and the team is not yet so committed because there are too many changes every year.
