Would be good for balance if more danish riders could be persuaded to join as well. Doesn't Vingegaard need a new team.
no because they are treated like some necessary extra goods there, i mean this seriously, with token Magnus or Andreas Kron entry in the big races. Levy and Bevort not progressing, previously Rodenberg and Johansen went nowhere. I don't know why but that team sucks for danish riders

I think one factor that has to be taken into account when it comes to several of those riders you mention (+ for example Niklas Larsen) are that they also have been prioritizing track cycling and I think that could definitively be a limiting factor when it come to their development of the road.

Also, both Rodenberg and Johansen went on to the World Tour from Uno-X, so it’s not like their stint was a disaster.

On the plus side, that should be UAE done in the transfer market? Wellens is staying and Benson or Ciro were reporting Baroncini had either extended or was close to before his terrible injuries in Poland. That leaves Majka retiring, Covi to Jayco and only Johansen/Laengen unaccounted for.

Pericas is the new climber, not really a Majka replacement but an extra body to the climbing group.
Vermaerke covers the same terrain as Covi.
Schwarzbacher should be promoted to replace one/both of the Scandi rouleurs, even if he also a good sprinter/TT rider.

28 riders including Wellens, Baroncini and Schwarzbacher. They could keep one of both of Johansen and Laengen. Or they can find two more to add...

Laengen will retired or Uno X. Also Johansen leave.
