If he has any sense whatsoever he'll sign for UAE. More $$, more co-leadership opportunities in races that matter, way more internationally oriented team.Uae and Jumbo have big interesse in Benoot
IB4 Valverde has a Gilbert like revival next year.View: https://twitter.com/laflammerouge16/status/1452725307589419010?s=12

Didn't he ride for AG2R for many years...? (The Spanish part of the Tweet says he has been with the organisation for 30 years).
Shite, is it only those teams who could afford Benoot? UAE, Jumbo, Ineos and QS have more than good enough rosters now. Hope that Benoot could go to a team like Lotto or Trek.Uae and Jumbo have big interesse in Benoot
If Vini Zabu is joining Wanty that should free up some budget aswell, can't see them just pass on an opportunity like this.Shite, is it only those teams who could afford Benoot? UAE, Jumbo, Ineos and QS have more than good enough rosters now. Hope that Benoot could go to a team like Lotto or Trek.
Yeah, but going to Jumbo just to work for Wout in the classics doesn't sound that great to me...Jumbo might use him for their cobbled classic squad rather than seeing him as a general classification contender based on one top 5 at the 2019 Tour of Switzerland!
I think Benoot should go to Trek or maybe even like a EF Education or Israel Start Up NationYeah, but going to Jumbo just to work for Wout in the classics doesn't sound that great to me...

Bike Exchange would be a good landing spot for Benoot but don't know if they have the budget/roster space left for it.
Yeah, all those teams sound like a reasonable choice.I think Benoot should go to Trek or maybe even like a EF Education or Israel Start Up Nation
Benoot could win more as a domestique for Van Aert than as a leader at any other team. He will have a bigger shot at being able to win from a late attack, with nobody wanting to drag Van Aert to the line, than he would have in case he was riding for himself as a leader at any team. He is borderline incapable of winning most races, because he isn't good enough to drop others and he can't sprint for sht. Moving to JV makes most sense, because he can't only help Van Aert in classics, he can also help Roglic in classics and GC. Benoot is a very capable climber, which is why i have been saying he should have been going after GC's more the past few years (considering he can't win classics or stages). But since he also sucks at TT him being a superdomestique for Van Aert and Roglic makes sense for all parties involved. For the team, for the teamleaders, as well as for him. He can come closer to winning something from that role and financially he won't do worse i imagine.
Also only 1 spot left and i would prefer someone else for that spot (atleast if they keep their plans of a total of 27 riders), you know who
I don't. Who?
