According to the UCI(World Cycling Center) he's 62kg, so he has the build of a climber, depending on his length. However, his best results are still in classics and sprints, he's not a born climber. But a big engine nonetheless, I'm curious what type of rider he'll become.

Nibali is peaking two months later this year though.

so? nibali has won this itt in past and has always done top 5, every years he rode here. this is a very bad itt from him

Over 1 minute slower than Malori after 19km is pretty bad indeed.

only when he's really in form, which he rarely is anymore. he finished 11th in wc u23 itt in 2008 I think and just 55 kg. pure class
