One thing that struck me in his responses was how many times he said "If XXX didn't happen, how could I have done YYY?" That's a lot different from saying "XXX did not happen. I did not do YYY." It may seem trivial on this message board, but it's actually a good indicator of deception when someone removes themselves from a topic, talks in hypotheses, and fails to take ownership of a situation.
For those of you wondering about how this case never really solved the issues at hand from the side of SCA et al, realize that this kangaroo court occurred in Texas.
He refused to even show up for his depo in my case, which would have put him in contempt of court---had it actually shown an inclination to apply normal rulings.
So, that's not an earthquake in Wellington you feel; that's just me stomping up and down and laughing at the whole new affair. Some comeuppance viewed from down under.
I hope the Fed's case gains traction.
