If he hit a 14 year old girl he is a disgusting person and should be sentenced appropriately.
You cant defend that with , !yes but they where knocking on his door" or yes , "but they where probably drunk and provoked him"
That doesn't fly just because you are his fan.
IF it happened there are no excuses, period.

Thanks :) Would you have slept through disturbances? Or just bring ear plugs?
No, I would have yelled at the kids (I didn't have people to do that for me). I spent several stormy nights in the back of my PU/ in a tent at ski resorts, and eventually you just fall asleep...until the next crash of thunder.

They would have had zero idea who he was apart from being an angry man with a funny accent
I doubt it's that random. If it was they could've disturbed more guests on the same floor.

I guess there's witnesses. Especially as he himself must have woken up a couple of people if he had a rage fit :poutingcat::smirkcat:

I would recommend throwing this article in some sort of translator. This is freaking gold.
I hope that it was just the translation, but that was really poorly written.

What if they are in town to watch the race? then they certainly would know who he was.

Wrong town, and also, it's hard to imagine but the cycling world championship in Sydney is totally irrelevant to the vast majority of Australians.

Now if this had happened to a footballer - man it would be all over the news, 24/7, forever.
