Sorry if I was mistaken, but isn't that the point of the thread?

How do you define notorious? Criminal? Banned? Centre of major scandal?

Those I added, more or less off the top of my head, were all connected to the largest doping scandals (Postal, Festina/ONCE/TVM Las Frites, Telekom).

Though time, and Team Sky may prove me wrong, but these were all bigger scandals than Leinders at Rabobank.

Has Leinders been arrested or charged yet (e.g. Schmid, Heinrich, Rijkaert & Terrados), or had a lifetime ban (e.g. del Moral)?

Edit to add: My comment and surprise directed at thehog was because I consider thehog to be part of the Clinic 12, and an authority on the subject. Hence my surprise at such a short list.
