The one post of interest, in the past 6 pages, was Radio Shack's provisional Paris-Nice team.
Levi, we all thought was in the clear, leaving just faithful Popovych. The sacrifical lamb, offered up to the French, or will he get pulled out late, too?
It looks as if they are wary of the ongoing investigation, at least.

What's the situation with the investigation? Are they still awaiting for DNA samples to make comparisons? Is there a possibility that Popo and Levi will be asked to "help with enquiries" and provide a DNA sample?

No one knows what is going at this point because it is a criminal matter. AFLD is pushing to be able to conduct limited controls (15 is the number that is being bandied about) in addition those proposed by the UCI. The speculation being that those controls would be easier to obtain by the French police than say those handled by the UCI. But this is only speculation. Frankly, if they (the French police/criminal investigation team) are serious, they could just pick up AC and Popo once they hit French soil and get a subpoena for hair, blood and other matter to match the DNA found in the kits.

But as I said, mere idle speculation at this point. There may be nothing to the whole sordid affair.

Lance was of course clean at least years tour - he was probably the only clean rider in the peleton. Contador on the other hand was doped up to his eye balls and still only put 5 mins into lance. Come this July i can see something special from the champion - his 8th tour de france victory.

Forget that. Check out Lance's new kitchen: http://www.diylife.com/2010/02/24/create-the-look-lance-armstrongs-kitchen/

No one in the peleton has a kitchen like Lance.

A bit dark for my taste.
Plenty big, though. I see he's equiped the breakfast bar with some mega-wide ass seats. Must be for when the Hog and Eddy are on a sleepover.

Kinda like the trophy room though. Dark is good, although yellow (never mind pink, not that it matters to him) is hard on the eye.

So you're saying that every rider on Team Radio Shack who rode the Tour de France last year is a doper? Nice:rolleyes:

Just so you know, the linked purchase was for the trademark "Livelong Livestrong".

This was originall owned by DEMAS BODY-SHAPING, LTD.

http://assignments.uspto.gov/assignments/q?db=tm&sno=75821537

It is not the "livestrong" trademark.

For your researching pleasure, here is a list of all the "livestrong" trademark cases open at the USPTO. I only did a quick scan, but all seem to list "The Lance Armstrong Foundation" as the original applicant.

To see this click on the record, then punch the button "TARR status", then click on "Assignment history" It will show all changes in ownership (if there have been any).

yet another talent which i can't put to use to earn an income

....the kitchen/dinette space is very nice, but the access from that patio/deck past those chairs is effed up, the island counter needs to be a couple inches narrower and both the island chairs and dinette chairs are too bulky and the access between the two seating areas and deck will be less cumbersome.

The trophy room is boring boring boring looks like a basement rec room with less purpose.... in the words of 'rick masters' willem dafoe in to live and die in la: A 19th Century Cameroon, yes? Your taste is in your @ss! A classic case of people throwing money at an idea as a substitute for class.

No, Wonderlance was funny, a master of satire. This "new" guy is just a moron.

It appears that Lance is desperate to sell that house. First he drops the price $2 million and not he is trying to get some free publicity in the house porn magazines.

I love the war room. This is where the hog and Lance talk about smashing Alberto. They talk about how he’s a yes man living in the same village he was born in surround by people who say yes. Much different in the house of Lance. Lots of people saying no and reminds him that “I’m doing it for them” and “hope courage motivation” and “hope riding again”.

Typical homeowner mistake. way too much furniture for the space. clashing lighting styles, a little imbalance, warm flooring, sterile ceiling. what the heck is with coffered ceilings in EVERY room? a little variation would be nice.

The furnishings are outstanding, but cluttered.

Hence why the E is under investigation by the IRS and that the 2009 figures have not been entered due to this dispute.

I can't find any news stories about an IRS investigation of the LAFE. Can you provide a link?

The reason 2009 figures haven't been entered is pretty simple. The filing deadline has not passed yet. They haven't completed their 2009 IRS financials at this point... nor have most organizations. I haven't started my 2009 taxes yet either.
