Back on queue.

What do you think is a realistic goal for Lance in this year's TdF? Third? Fourth? Fifth? To spread (no pun intended) the cancer cause to an even wider audience? To beat his personal "demon" (namely AC)? To dump his current companion and get another trophy/girlfriend that looks like his mother? To make Johan Bruyneel more money? To prove to the world that you can come in 23th and ride "clean"? To show the world how an alpha male can also be a domestique? To give Sherwen and Liggett another ball-bustin' erection? To show Sheryl Crow what she's missing out on? To give the French another reason to hate Americans (and believe me, they hate our guts)?

Take your pick.

I think his return brings nothing but bad vibes.

His goal is to beat AC. If the means he wins the 2010 TdF, then that's just gravy. But (IMO) it's all about exorcising the "demon" that is AC....

Easy, he is returning to become the Super President.

If he happens to beat AC, it won't be by a 'fair and square' competition on the road, ie, illness, injury, crash or mishap, or by 'other means' [dramatic music swells]. I wonder to what extent he seriously believes he could beat AC 'straight up'.

I really think all this is a lot of sizzle by LA/JB/RS&Co. without much steak. It's a brand builder for his name and face and that is purely for profit and ego stroking and a little cancer 'awareness' and charity thrown in. (Usually at the expense of his sponsors. He doesn't seem too generous when it comes to his own dough, but that's just me.)

I think if he doesn't feel he is strong enough to finish in the top 10, he will come down with some illness in June and beg off. And Liggett/Sherwen/Roll will be completely insufferable in either instance. It's a constant.

My understanding from French people i have met in my travels is that Parisians hate everyone, including French - and probably even themselves. I tease the french for being given the gift of 'quit' but deep down we're all just plain folks. (Except Democrats!) Kidding! if you want to fulminate, take it to the obama thread.

My experience wasn't good. It's just my opinion though.

You are like a child my friend. Called on the carpet, you try to shift the blame/justify your behavior by pointing to others. Own your actions.

Whenever I see these CC back and forth, this is the image I have in my mind.

If you feel safe enough going to a russian website (wear your party hat! AV software.) you can watch these discussions play out in cartoon form. It's prolly been 40 years since they parked me in front of the toob to watch this stuff, and darn it, I STILL love it. It's not as funny in internet forum format.

Yeah, I stopped responding to him after you made a similar comment earlier this week.

I didn't re-post the same idea to berate you, or anyone else for that matter. I just felt that some people may have been A) unfamiliar with the reference and B) in need of a visual aid.

I do have a question for everyone to consider. What does that lump on Wiley Coyote's noggin look like to you?

Your buddy has a great site. He addresses the attempted extortion in this post

http://lagazzettadellabici.blogspot.com/2010/02/finally-im-internet-phenomenon.html

The email was from JOSEPH HALBERT, Legal Intern.

Joe's other duties include trolling message boards.

Simons blog is great, he trawls up some great old italian cycling photos.

Im just fascinated, they must literally have little interns searching twitter and whathaveyou for strong related things.. someone seriously needs to get out more..

This guy is a genius. :p:D

I have been following Simon Lambs website for a few weeks now as he has some great retro foto's on it!

So I am glad that the Livestrong army have taken some time out from 'Cancer Awareness' to promote 'Lamb Awareness'.....

I really like the "RubberJohhnys' idea!!
