I don't really understand the programme that the Rabo experts have figured out for Bling: he rides mostly sh.t small races, where he has to contend with either Bos, or Freire, or Brown, or all of them, for team leadership. Personally I think he could be the new Freire, he even looks a little like him (on the bike at least).
