The Danish commentators briefly throught that Phinney was Hushovd, but I'd say that could sorta be excused... (Then they corrected themselves, saying it couldn't be Hushovd because it was "A big BMC guy..." last time I checked that description fit Hushovd as well...):p

Yep, I looked at it to the end and saw he came fourth. (Although I read Cycling News report, but somehow clocked out after the first three places. :) ) They were having difficulty at times identifying who was who.

LOLOL!! What’s this about “Ice Rink”, I haven’t been keeping up with Wiggins or the news lately.

He's been descending very poorly, at the Giro d'Italia, so much so he is losing time and requiring the entire team to return to help him ride back up to the peloton.

Matt Keenan or someone said they were surprised how poor Wiggins was at descending, given he won a madison world championship, saying that event required bike handling skills. I found it a ludicrous comparison, with the madison inside on a wooden track in the dry and probably warm, compared to riding on cold, diesel-soaked, rain-drenched roads in Italy.

He fell off a few days ago.
