I stand by my words.Watch out man, you wrote on the first page of this thread:
Yeah but that’s with motos all over the place. We got info on Sporza started with 15” and later a couple times around 10” timed in corners. The graphic showed 8 seconds at one point on the descent, then 13 later, which then changed to 15. So, roughly 10 seconds, I suppose.
Yeah I was trying to find him but with that camera view I only saw him moving up after the corners. I even thought he was dropped after the first 10-12 riders. But then he appeared. And I liked how he looked even after closing in.Remco just confirmed in interview that he was bad positioned second time of san luca and had to close a gap already before pog's attack. He didn't get help of carapaz in the chase. Good signs...
Interesting to see what kind of performance the Big Four hits out in the first time trial. I guess game is quite even in that discipline now and Rogla too may have something if he yanks out something crazy like OG tt was.
Remco is so good downhill because he's 3kgs overweight.Lets get this man in yellow after the ITT. Fatco, the best rouleur in the world, will demolish them on stage 7!
Where is Logic anyways? I need him to spin this in a negative way and talk about how he's obviously so good downhill because he's 3 kgs overweight.
Well I don't know if they've never been in this situation in the same race that means everything for them. Evenepoel and Pogi probably really fighting it out in TA opening tt 2022. Evenepoel and Vingo, never been in a real fight like this? Pogi in Words tt and OG tt..always been kinda meh, it's somehow reflects to me that he's not really going for them. But now they are here and they all pretty sure are going for it.Evenepoel and Pogacar will put time into rivals with the Belgian likely the best of the big4. Not sure how much though, 20-40 seconds range likely.
Too far. The lad done good though. How much time was he back on the top of San Luca?
Yes. He was moving up positions after the steepest point with the hairpins, just as the group splits. Whereas Carapaz was perfectly positioned on the climb.I had impression he was too far behind in the last climb, maybe he cooked his legs already to gain positions. Btw galiber will tell more about his chances to win the tour of humans....
According to strava, 11 s.How much time was he back on the top of San Luca?
If Remco was out of position at the bottom of the climb, the gap at the top was likely 12-15 seconds.According to strava, 11 s.
8 secondsIf Remco was out of position at the bottom of the climb, the gap at the top was likely 12-15 seconds.
Thank you!Remco is so good downhill because he's 3kgs overweight.
That's not the full ascent.
So basically he was 1,5s per km faster than Pog and Vinge combined.Remco just confirmed in interview that he was bad positioned second time of san luca and had to close a gap already before pog's attack. He didn't get help of carapaz in the chase. Good signs...
He won’t in the first weeks. Maybe now he can hope the other 2 stay with eachother so he can steady pace back and don’t go deep. The last 2 mountain stages he can try something if he’s feeling stronger than the rest, unless he’s (still) in yellow after a good first TT.I also hope he does not try to jump after the two extraterrestrials on the long climbs. He showed the benefit of climbing steady and ramping up at the end at the Dauphine. Stay in contention.
Kind of agree. "Badly positioned" often isn't a choice but bad legs or in his case being cautious not to overextend himself. Carapaz is basically the opposite, he always tries to follow no matter what. Brilliant chase however, although it has to be said he only caught up to them because Vingegaard refused to pull for some reason in the last kilometer. Otherwise it would have probably been about 5-10 seconds. Still clearly the third strongest today so great signs. He's unsure of himself and that's why he wasn't better positioned. He needs to throw caution to the Wind and just crush it.
Evenepoel should have been on Vingo's wheel on Pogi's. Simple, but do it is what I'm saying.Kind of agree.
