this is a good programme that allows him to rest before 2025. Early season is a little heavy unless they can restrain him a bit

He said liege bastogne liege and milan san remo are not ruled out.

In my opinion, he should try in the future fleche wallone, classica SanRemco and try to do Il lombardia in better shape. There's no reason for him to do bad in those races, because those races have climbs that suit him.

I think Lombardia is his best chance. But he can lay down a stunning time trial. So maybe he can gap and stay away in some of these races

Yes, coming World Championships in Zurich will give us memories of classic autumn race Zuri Metzgete. Looking forward to that…

In the last editions of the Metzgete, it rained almost every time. I hope at the WCs of 2024, in Zurich, we‘ll see rain, wind and cold, and I hope van Aert wins the RR.

It would be a nice battle of the World Champions but I have not seen Van der Poel mentioning that race in his interviews and its the weekend after the CX Worlds, so I don't expect him to ride there.

I can also imagine depending on how hard they make it, that it'll be a bit too difficult for MVDP.

Hard to believe that all riders who have ridden this race are now retired (apart from Sevilla). Rojas, Ladagnous, Erviti, Navarro, and LLS raced in some of the last editions but all retired last year.

PCS changed the information.....so probably he will not go there.

It all depends on the course. Some of the shorter ones they've had have resulted in fairly big gasp as well. I do agree they should be on the final day rather than the first though, but I don't think the race has suffered much from switching thing things around.

Nice graph! Judging from it, Roglic is only entering 4 races. Remco the most ambitious with 9 entries. I would also like to add that I would love Remco to do La Fleche; only because I want him to win as many different races as possible. I wonder who has the record for most different races won. Probably Merckx.

Looking at Merckxs PCS site tells me there was plenty of random races back in the day that doesn’t exist anymore. Don’t think it’s a huge difference.
