He even almost resorted to cheating. Fausto could have pushed for the disqualifica if he wasn't such a gracious guy that show remco the right way to win. Remco again showing his true colours as a belge, just like wva when he used an illegal lube in the final of e3 to get a smooth drivetrain and win the race , after 50km wheelsucking

I asked ChatGPT who took it way too serious.

I don't think it's because he's trying to hide the fact he's reconnoitering these stages, I'm with you, that makes little or no sense.

The reason he didn't post? Maybe it had to do with wanting to avoid media attention during the week after Christmas. Probably wanted to have his family around and not be hounded. Maybe to focus on the work in a location which seems likely to result in a swarm of attention from interested folks on the holidays? Either way it seems like the level of scrutiny he's under would be the driver.
