It's indeed Leipheimer! I hesitated to say it yesterday, but you're absolutely right!I actually went to check height/weight for Remco and Levi after I posted that... almost identical. Levi also a good TT:er and won plenty of one-week races, but in Grand Tours couldnt match the best. "Just" came close a couple of times.
Cavendish not so much imo. Both slightly taller and weighs more.
The guy that never won a World Championship at 22 or younger? Please...Think the this threads title is mixed with Poggis thread title.

He did win an LBLnever a vuelta, never a LBL, never a San Sabastien...
It's not classica san sebastian......it's classica de SanRemco.never a vuelta, never a LBL, never a San Sabastien...
27:05 minutes. So how many minutes shall Remco win the Tour by?
17 seconds, he’ll take it in the last stage in the TTBump.
Never seen this thread off the front page before. The forum good do with some normality.

Seems there is much less hype about remco and his spring programme compared with this time last year. Maybe he is not a big name anymore. Also, when is his first race? Is it San Juan?
Volta ao algarve.
Not sure why this needs to go under the radar. As if Roglic, Pogacar and Vingegaard aren't going to do a recon of key stages...![]()
Remco Evenepoel secretly recons 2024 Tour de France TT and gravel stages
Belgian dropped off Strava to make late December road trip to Francewww.cyclingnews.com
Couple things could be in play. One, CN headlines are click-bait oriented. "secretly recons" is certainly one way of describing not posting rides to Strava. One might also say "recons" and mention in the article that he'd turned off Strava. Not sure why this needs to go under the radar. As if Roglic, Pogacar and Vingegaard aren't going to do a recon of key stages...
Indeed that makes the most senseMaybe it had to do with wanting to avoid media attention during the week after Christmas. Probably wanted to have his family around and not be hounded. Maybe to focus on the work in a location which seems likely to result in a swarm of attention from interested folks on the holidays? Either way it seems like the level of scrutiny he's under would be the driver.
He's laughing, but you can see Remco is disappointed he didn't win.Remco owned in planking competitition by Fausto. Fausto funny guy)))
