Lombardia comes firstI just hope that if he isn't able to get completely ready for the Tour that he just choses other goals for the season. Then focus on the Vuelta, World Championship and Lombardia. Don't overtrain yourself, because then the whole season is over like in 2021.
Commentators said it was Soler, but i didn't check.damn it...if only he had kept the bike upright...he almost had it but then fell...one other rider next to him was able to escape. It may have been a UAE rider, not sure.
Even with surgery scapulas are really finicky. They always cause problems for quite a while after they are “healed”.Sure but don't they operate too on that case in order to reduce the recovery time ?
It's the same facility he went to after his Lombardia crash, but the doctor who treated him back then and who saved Van Aert's leg after some French butcher sent him home, is now retired. His sons have recently taken over. There was an interview with his Director, but nothing really new was said. He's going to the doctor today in Belgium, it's the same one WVA uses, they are known for helping the best athletes with injuries. Remco is disappointed since he wanted to go for the win in Itzulia, AGR and LBL. Tour de France shouldn't be in jeopardy based on what they know now.
They should be equally as good though. Didn't they work for quite a long time along their father? It's the same facility he went to after his Lombardia crash, but the doctor who treated him back then and who saved Van Aert's leg after some French butcher sent him home, is now retired. The father was known as a visionary. The sons are known as the sons. Other than that i assume he taught them the ropes indeed. They should be equally as good though. Didn't they work for quite a long time along their father?
Here's the shot of Soler (or whomever) from above (21 secs) where you can really see how great a job he did avoiding that culvert. Landed on flat ground, nailed it. Remco (7 secs) landed a little crossed-up with regard to the slight slope he hit, front wheel got knocked offline, and boom, he's down.
It will depend on how his shoulder heals. Too early to tell imho. Will Remco be at 100 percent for Le Tour after the crash?
I hope yes, Remco always contributes for good entertainment. Will Remco be at 100 percent for Le Tour after the crash?
A broken collarbone... no problems for Evenepoel.

We also know “broken” covers a wide range of actual injury from hairline fracture to fully displaced break.was thinking that had Hamilton suffered Remco's injuries, he'd have remained in the race.
Of course, we'd need to head over to the Clinic to discus how...

There's no s or e in hôpital. Can we frame this as Evenepoel abandon l'hospitale?
I don't think there's a "the" as in "the hospital"...it's just "hospital.There's no s or e in hôpital.
Alternatively, it could be framed as Evenepoel out of the hospital first, but only because Vingegaard wasn't interested.
We’ll know in a couple of weeks. Depends on how he’s healingThe question is, Will Remco have time for an altitude camp before Dauphine?
