What big races is Vingegaard gonna win if he bottles the Tour?

That is assuming he doesnt do the Vuelta ofcourse

If he bottles it like Pogi did last year, it’s worth as much as Liège.

2nd in P-N, won in Basque Country and Dauphine. Id rate that higher than what Remco has done so far this season.

He's going to win NC TT and WC TT. We have to wait for WC RR, I don't think he'll win that this year. He will probably win San Sebastian again.

Then depending on his schedule Vuelta or Lombardia. If he podiums at the Vuelta, I feel he had a good season. Not great, not the best, but a regular good season. Knowing the amount of bad luck he had, I think that's pretty good.

Yes, I looked too quickly on PCS. He was 2nd on the last stage and final GC is right above it. Mixed it up.

Statistics can be construed in many ways, but PCS has Remco 2nd in points for 2023. And only a fraction behind god Pog.

In his successes, one can add two stages and the pink jersey after 9 days in the Giro. Yes, it is really unfortunate that he fell ill.

So has it really been that poor?

Side note: is this the only rider thread that attracts so many non-fans to post? I really wonder if they simply chose to stay away from the thread they would not be so bothered by the “fandom” in it. Save your dislike for the more general race threads and chances are you won’t be as bothered anyway. It seems a real effort to go into another rider’s thread to simply rail against their fans. It’s an odd need.

If we took Remco's year up to TDS last year, he would have had worse results than this year. (only a single LBL win. (im considdering 2 stage wins + wearing pink > winning norway and 3rd TDS > 11th TDS).
At the end of the year he was the one with the strongest year (adding Vuelta/WC RR and Classica).
