The Bingoal lads must be flying after dropping '7.1w/kg Evenepoel', can't wait to see them in action.
Lol, just seen that clip, and remco always has some random cyclotourist sitting on his wheel in every training video I see. Probably dying a million deaths whilst remco is doing z2 spinning.

I bet that he used to get really annoyed at these random guys following him, but now he surely must see it as a great preparation for racing against Roglic in Paris Nice, Itxulia and le tour.

Vingo roglic and remco have a similar range of no more than 60’s in a season. Perhaps a few more than pogi on average. Mvp and wva relatively few race days ranging from 30’s to 50’s

Late Valverde had astounding 80’s range year after year. Nibali just a little bit behind him

It's not some random cyclotourist, probably it's @Logic-is-your-friend or @Andre .

As long as you ask it nicely I don't think professional riders care that much. But if you ride closely to them, without asking, and for too long that it gets annoying, well then...

Alright I’m back from my pcs rabbit hole!
I really want access to their database. They probably won't give it though.

Erik Zabel had about 100+ per year in the second half of his career.

Not sure it matters, if he'll win Liege more times than he won San Sebastian. I can see him win it more than Merckx if he keeps riding like this.

I loved the story a few years back in Colombia about a “regular” guy on a clunker bike who was able to stay on Uran’s wheel mile after mile of a training ride. Uran’s response? He gave the guy a racing bike from his bike shop :)

Gotta love the constant wheelsucking references and whining. If Remco has a problem with it he can simply turn the pedals harder.....No? Yuk yuk.

What's the story behind "Bambi"? I don’t know honestly, why they call him "Bambi".

From his crashes on descents and slowing down whenever the road went downhill in the past.
Early on in his career Remco showed some less than able dexterity on his bike including his bad Crash. He has come miles on those abilities, but as a late arrival to cycling racing there will be doubts on how far he can improve, though we haven't seen any problems for a couple of years.

NOW as to the reference Bambi, it comes from the animated movie where Bambi in on the Ice with the rabbits and he keeps having his hooves slide out from under Bambi in several funny ways. :)
