Maybe not but I still wouldn't like to see such a schedule if it were Remco.

I'd also like to see the confirmation of Pog's presence at the EEC. I can't seem to find it anywhere. I only found comments of the EEC race organiser that he hopes to see Pog (and Vingegaard) at the start as it's a climbers course and there is no clash with other races at the same time.
If Remco would ride like Pogacar I wouldn’t mind, but not this year.

That's a surprise to me. When/where has he confirmed that?

So over a few weeks time he will race the GP's in Canada, Worlds ITT and RR in Rwanda, ECC RR in France and Lombardia in Italy (+ maybe other Italian fall classics?)? Seems a heavy schedule to me but then again, it's Pog...
Coach of Slovenian national team said that for Slovenian media last week.
Use google translate, it works fine:

His real problem this year is his cornering when in the middle of a group, he always lose a lot of places. Crutchlow is not gonna change that.
That could very well help, if nothing else, mentally. Practicing corners at high speed would definitely help him in TT's as well as descents. And most definitely descents in TT's, where last year he lost more time on Pogacar in the final TT than he lost in the climbing sections. It might well be the improvement that nets him the biggest time gain over the course of a 3 week race.

Of course, in his case it is a culmination of cornering, bike handling, fear, and it all leads to wrong lines into corners single file/solo, losing position in group. The former usually means immediate time loss or wasted energy making up for it. The latter usually means wasted energy and potentially missing decisive moves (like stage 1 in the TDF and stage 1 in Dauphiné).

It goes without saying, that actually doing a recon wouldn't hurt either. I'm sure somewhere in the next few decades, Quickstep will figure that out as well.

No one ever here used that excuse
Seriously, this is the last time I respond to you. I will put you on my ignore list because I really can't read your posts anymore and I will ask you to do the same, if you don't mind.

Answering to your question, there is one guy here and I will quote him, @Logic-is-your-friend who is constantly talking about his team not being able to provide the best training, keeping his weight low, how he should go to Bora without taking his coaches, etc.
Please Logic, forget for a minute you don't find me very pleasant and tell him.

So...Remco, Roglic, and Lipo....the Ghidorah of cycling.
Pogzilla's getting ready...

Out of curiosity, i have a question for those more directly involved with cycling teams. What does this mean in reality for the next few months? Does Koen Pelgrim and Soudal still take care of the training and entourage till handover in 2026? Or do things change more immediately and if he does non-national races, will he simply still ride in soudal colours?

Lol at the german here :)
Lipo would be better of forming a tandem with Remco imo.
I would not mind Remco having a crack at the giro if the parcours suits him more though. But with this Red Bull move Tour is basically confirmed alongside Lipo.

I think SQS was/is a *** GC team that didn't come close to unlocking Evenepoel's potential. If you want to see that as an excuse, go ahead. Whether he will be better at Bora remains to be seen, but in terms of support it won't be worse. My main gripe with SQS is how they handled (or refused to handle) his lack of experience, bike handling etc. Refuse to do recons, fail to address his injuries etc. Even with the same performance coach, he could have done much better, and i don't think their performance coach is at the level of teams like UAE or Visma, no.

Yeah, his team wasn’t good enough. Doesn’t mean that is used as an excuse.

Also I’m not putting you on ignore. Your ignorance needs a response.
