Apparently he's stuck on Teide due to storm and snow. He can't even get down the mountain at this point.

He's supposed to fly tomorrow to Catalunya but he's not even sure he can make it to the airport.

It'll probably work out in the end though I guess.

This is a great cross contamination promotional opportunity. Ineos can send an expensive SUV to pick him up..Four wheel drive with computer assisted traction control, drive won't be any different than going to the grocery store. Remco should stay out of mountains in the Western US, snow comes meters at a time and kids walk to school in the conditions he is describing as treacherous and impossible. That's not snow, that's a dusting.. I gotta give it to him for creativity, guy comes up with new and original excuses time after time..

Unfortunately Remco has discovered a newfound love for sled-sliding as a result of this weather. He'll be entering the annual Red Bull competition for the Big Sled Jump instead.
