As someone who didn't believe him when he said in Segment 1 that he raced clean after the comeback, I have to note that when he said he promised Kik he wouldn't dope if he came back, he was looking directly at Oprah. Eyes not downcast, eyes locked on hers. This is not the way he's lied in the past.
