OK. Due to the chat in the Jan Ullrich thread, here is your opportunity to state who you think would have won GT's from ~1991 to 2013, if everyone was clean.

I'll start by saying I think Andy Hampsten might have gone close to a few more big wins, even though he was nearing the end.
