Depends on the kind of medical attention you need. Evans was riding, so it's my understanding he didn't need much.

Yeh you can. If i need to make a doctors appointment i have to ring him first and then he discusses whatever problems im having and then decides if i need an appointment or if he can sort it out over the phone.
