Wow, it really does put things into perspective. When you're having a ****ty day, you can think of this guy and his family who are suffering greatly.

As has been expressed - its very very sad.

Its been a sad and tragic few weeks, with the passing of Laurent Fignon and Txema González.

I have to commend his family for allowing his organs be used to help and save others.
 
Organ Donation

Thomas Casoratto's family is to be congratulated for donating his organs to those awaiting transplants. Many of us who are cyclists are pretty fit and we should all consider a living will which would allow organ donations.

I am sure I reflect all of the posters that our sincere condolences go out to Thomas's family.
