I have been thinking it earlier, but today's news about Bahamontes brought it up again.

There could be a topic dedicated for former riders who have passed away.

Tbf that was posted after I raised it, I didn't want to create myself because I won't be able to contribute it tomorrow till after the race has finished

It was mostly a reply to Samu.
But, yeah... making the thread after the race might be a bit late.

Is anyone planning a thread for Denmark?
Does anyone want one?

I swear I have never watched a second of the Volta.

The Vuelta, though... since I started watching cycling Im pretty sure that race is the one that has delivered the most consistently. Always exciting race with a pretty high floor compared to TdF and Giro.

I think very few people has...
On this forum? Maybe, but it kind of has a cult following. Id rather watch a stage of Tour de Limousin with riders I actually know from the European scene. Heck, even some of the legendary races De Lie has won like Ronde van local Church and Ronde van local grocery shop.

Edit: And yes, Im convinced De Lie has actually won these races. And I even forgot Ronde van local townhall.
