for Johan Bruyneel's Super Secret Special Sauce.

How do you know this. Since when is Brunyeel Doctor Ferrari? Or more to the point how do you know that only the Shack is doping.

Because reading over the thread your comments are all a tautology of this one point.

Is it really that good when a team is completely unseen in the entire race and just rides a good tt and wins through that?

@ D_T didn't Tom Steels say it was probably not a broken bone but a muscle thing?

What I saw was shack on the front when they needed to be. It is a sprinters race, no? Excellent tactics by the SHACK, GO SHACK!

I never hated Armstrong before his comeback though. He attacked when he needed to and won mountain stages when he needed to.

But Bruyneel is really negative

Luke, I feel a disruption in the FORCE(of hatred)

Radio shack must have planted magnets holding the other teams back!

Westra is a stronger time trialist than Grabsch and has been for a few years now, so I don't really understand this.

Westra spent both day 1 and 2 trying stuff. Trying stuff = get more tired.

Understand it now?;)

Again a second place in the TT for Westra. May the shack burn and crash:mad:

It is really great and some kind of validation to see you writing this, barrus.
Must be hard for you to control this nearly all the time and look like something like...unbalanced and suited for this "job", lol
Can you feel the dark side of the Force ?
Besides you and this issue, barrus, its always impressive to see "real cyclingfans" writing something like that. Thats nearly as good as "hahaha" when a rider crashed and hurt.

I will now report you and your disgusting post, lol :D
You can then moderate me and yourself, lol

If you don't like my moderating, take it to pm, or take it to the about the forum subsection. I have my opinions and never have frightened away from showing them. So take any discussion of moderation somewhere else, and you can consider that a warning,

Don't you think yourself that such a remark isn't entirely appropriate, and certainly not for a moderator? Cobblestoned may be a pain in the ***, he certainly has a point here.

What, to state that I would like to see the team crash and burn due to the tactics they employ? What the hell does that have to do with moderating. If these tactics are followed they create a boring race, as shown in quite a few different races. You do know that crash and burn is a regular expression? We all have teams we like and dislike. RS is one of the teams I dislike, HTC is another. And 'stoned just searches for any reason to attack me, so I do not want to have that discussion with him in this thread, he should take it to the about the forum subsection.

I know it's a regular expression, but in cycling terms... anyway, do as you like. You're a moderator, of course.

I mean, really, isn't Dirk Demol one of the SHACK DSs.
He wasn't to shabby a Benalux rider himself, no?

By the way, last year not a single Belgian win in Flemish races.

This season:

Dwars door Vlaanderen, Gent-Wevelgem and de driedaagse van de Panne.

Of course the race that matters the most still has to come, but already an improvement from last year!

Last year Keukeleire won Nokere Koerse. :p

Of course, Lord barrus. :D
I consider that a joke when seeing your behavior. Now you are showing me the zipper, or what ? :p

You beeing mod was just a sidenote.
Even if you post that as usual member or "cyclingfan", there is no need for discussing that your post was just.....disgusting and hateful and THAT needs a look by your modcolleagues or people that are responsible for you - if they exist.
You can't do what you want here, man, while putting high standards on others.
It was you who did something terrribly wrong now - not me. Hard to accept hmmmm ? You failed, man.
Now abuse your power, warn, moderate and ban me. There will be enough unbalanced mods that will support you. lol

Even though the 'British' pro team and my tip screwed this race up really really badly I've really really enjoyed it. With all the splits and dnf and attacking and not quite knowing what was going on it feels very real - like the amateur racing I do. Huge fun to watch. Probably painful to race but there you go.

Unfortunately for de Panne next year I think even fewer big names will enter and risk humiliation :(

[...stopping my rain-on-sunday-dance....]

It does seem to be the direction of this race.

But it does bemuse me that so many teams and classics hopefuls are so quick in passing up on races like this, chasing the one or three glory spots on offer, and ending up with a rather predictable big fat zero at the end of it.

You'd think that a couple of "minor" wins would be seen as more than just consolation prices, for (reasonably big) teams that are likely to end up missing the boat altogether.

Maybe some teams will wisen up a bit to the real attraction of the "inbetweens", by the time Cancellara has taken 4 out of the last 6 big cobbles spots on offer.

I thought I'd just slip in a congratulations to Boy Van Poppel for his lanterne rouge win (or whatever the equivalent would be called in belgium). Given its a race where what 150 riders were excluded it must take fine timing an hard work to take the last position without being thrown out.

:D Good one Ronny R.

Hmm, not really and quit poor but somehow really "brave", when you (still) get things together.

This comment, and coming from one these "special" posters, means...but not only means...it's kind of confirmation that there won't happen anything regarding "fallen" leaders + handcuffs.

Look :D , Team RS shouldn't even exist, or should actually be gone short after season 2010 began, then, going next step forward, team should have actually be gone before the Tour 2010...gone during tour....gone after Tour.....gone before 2010 ends.....there will be no team RS in 2011.....now last trend are some scattered and desperate calls, that RS won't extend contract, or that team responsibles won't find a new sponsor. lol

Just to add, that, according to some "good one" plans, Lance should have actually been busted by French police, when entering France in summer 2010 - in handcuffs of course.
Just to add, that Lance actually was not able to travel to TdU 2011, or leave USA, because some US authorities should have actually pulled away Lance's passport and put him into prison - in handcuffs of course.

Anyway, good to see the Shack still winning, and winning even more so far - and seeing Lance beeing able to leave his beloved country and travelling around. :D
