Gah, this sounds fantastic. Talk of brainless idiots, every man for himself racing... and I'm stuck at work. I *heart* the radio ban.

at least Westra is genuinly strong so he can be forgiven for racing like that in the front group

The peloton is not quite out of this but they are dropping further back. Sky have screwed the pooch today, they have no-one for the GC now.

Where is Steegmans?

Also Kwiatkowski is a good tter. Young so they dont know it, but good. If he can stay away even if only in g2 he could do some damage on thursday.

For all we know a Sky rider jumped the peloton and is in G3 or a small group off the front. Hard to tell.

Steegmans around the middle chase pack. The leaders will stay away from the peloton, but only becuase its disintegrating into small breaks.

They will have to try to drop greipel on one of these upcoming climbs, or concede to fighting for second

Still a bad sign with still a climb to come.

Wasn't that the steepest of the climbs though?

Interesting composition where Greipel is the stage favorite and Westra is the GC favorite so nobody wants to ride really hard atm
