Sagan was blocked 4 times and still wins.

Haha other sprinters failure. Especially the guy who blocked him failed

The only reason it was even close was that Albasini almost accidentally put him into the barriers, causing him to lose position.

Unbelievable. Sagan was hanging over the barriers at 150 to go and still managed to accelerate to the front and win.

In a different league.

Can't believe no one crashed in that finish.
Well, every other rider besides Sagan probably would have crashed...Sagan just stays on his bike and think "finally, a challenge"

I thought he had lost it with 150 to go... I bet basically no sprinters would have been able to get the win from the position he was in that far out.

That guy is amazing. The ease with which he positions himself and manages to maneuver his bike around seemingly static objects, on whatever surface, when climbing, or descending, through curves, around u-turns and over potholes. He is a magician.

Rabo should hire him as a consulting technical bike handling skills trainer and advisor.

The lack of competition though, makes it zzzzzzagan.

Incredible effort by Peter Sagan!

The finish was slightly uphill, wasn't it? Because those last 150 meters took quite a long time.

Sure. The boring part is that we all knew who was going to win this stage, where's the fun in that? :)
With 150-100 m to go I was convinced he couldn't pull it off.

When you see the overhead pictures, Sagan makes it look so easy to come around Swift. It wasn't even particularly close at the end.
