My annoyance is directed at that. If BMC don't get to wear rainbow as TTT champions, but classification leaders still wear their jersey during a TTT, then national and world champions should be allowed to wear their rightful jersey - as they used to be allowed to.

If only he was riding the Giro (ok, the risky descents that they usually have on the medium mountain stages would' be great for him, but he likes hard stages, long climbs and baad weather).

Classification leaders are still classification leaders during TTTs. ITT champions used to be allowed to wear their championship kits during TTTs before the discipline was made a World Championship discipline.

They might not wear a rainbow jersey for winning the Worlds TTT but they do have a UCI TTT Rainbow symbol on the regular team jersey which was on the right breast of the BMC jersey
