Is there anyone that hates Scarponi?

Check the thread last year when he won at the same stage in TA... lots of questionable posts :p I think people have warmed to him though after his Giro effort.

Evans 4s bonus +... how many seconds on Gesink? 12s...

So down to 10s now.

Gaps big enough to make a serious difference - who was the sky rider at 20 seconds - Boassen could be in with a shout if it was him, but it might have been Flecha.

Wow! That was a terrific 30kms. Must have been 20 different attacks.
What a b!tch of a ramp. Certainly blew Gilbert up!!
Once again Scarponi does the job.
At one point it looked like Cuddles would break BMC's duck.
Nice job of policing from Cunego, too.

Oh and Danilo it looks like, is no longer Diluted.;)

Wow, I hope there'll be video footage of that last 10km. Why were Eurosport showing a replay of the TT ffs?

If Evans wasn't so far back he would of won!

Wow, an BS excuse within 5 minutes. You outdo yourself.

Scarponi was just better. In the lead for so long and still held on. Cunego attacked a couple of times before Evans and easily held on. Evans was too far back and just failed like he usually does when he tries to win something. :)

/He'll prolly win TA though :D

Many people forget to even mention him as a gc contender. Kreuziger is getting more tips for a giro podium than him. I have to go round reminding people about Scarponi on these boards because they make lists of who is going to be there in the giro and forget about his existence.

Whats more they come out with crap that nibali was 2nd best climber in the Giro. In my opinion anyone who says Nibali was better than Scarponi in the mountains is a hater.

Madrazo has definitely woken up. About time he believed in himself.

Pretty impressed with Scarponi, Evans and Hushovd. Gesink not too good but not too bad either, and if he improves a little he might take the race.
