Hmm not a good TT by Poels considering his results in other ITT's last year. But this was not his course. And he had 3 though days.
I expect Gesink's time to be pretty similar. This is definitely not a TT for tall climbers with spindly legs.

Hmmm.. so far the times coming in from the guys high in the GC don't reveal massive gaps.
True, they are all pretty similar. So it will come down to a seconds fight after all.

I just hope for some guys (eg Bobby G) they don't have a total off day once again

Hehe, I like that they are actually riding on a bike lane on parts of the course. :D

Sporza commentators telling us the 2nd part is headwind.

A lot of riders now lose 20+ seconds plus in the second part, while they are close to Cancellara in the first part.

Seems the wind is picking up then?

It was the same for the first riders I believe. Cance just didn't mind the wind.

Not true, he has been 7th in Poitou Charentes (2010), 9th in Suisse (2010) and 3rd in a circuit des ardennes ITT (2008)

Aside from that, he only rode 3 more itt's.
Back up your facts a bit more Ryo ;)

I really fear the worst now for Gesink on this time trial :p

Yea its quite disheartening to see all the 'better' tt'rs do bad, knowing that Gesink still has to go. But I hope he can ride a good tt :).
