Hmm not a good TT by Poels considering his results in other ITT's last year. But this was not his course. And he had 3 though days.

I expect Gesink's time to be pretty similar. This is definitely not a TT for tall climbers with spindly legs.

A lot of riders now lose 20+ seconds plus in the second part, while they are close to Cancellara in the first part.

It was the same for the first riders I believe. Cance just didn't mind the wind.

Not true, he has been 7th in Poitou Charentes (2010), 9th in Suisse (2010) and 3rd in a circuit des ardennes ITT (2008)

Aside from that, he only rode 3 more itt's.

Yea its quite disheartening to see all the 'better' tt'rs do bad, knowing that Gesink still has to go. But I hope he can ride a good tt .
