But I made a reasonable attempt, which is where I set the bar for acting respectfully. I have a surname that most people who live in the country find difficult to pronounce, at least on first encountering it: I don't mind if people get it wrong, but I do consider it rude if they don't even try.

There were definitely one or more teams I disliked in the past (e.g. Sky, Movistar) but not really now.
