Hope the intermediate sprint can cause some mayhem. Strong cross winds and teams trying to find each other after the sprnit could make for an interesting finish.

Tom Boonen done. :(

what a horrible year he's having

indeed. he missed all the important moves on the ronde, had a mechanical on the arenberg and when he was about to get back got taken out of the race by a rabo guy then was beaten by gilbert on the nationals and now this :(

no one can keep at the front you know. some will be caught out. contador might have problems with his weak team.

Uhm whut?

Saxo is now a weak team?

How does this work? So Lotto is weak, Astana is also weak?

Sorry, but you are really ridiculous here.

I hope his poor season doesn't affect him off the bike. He's still young for a classics guy and could have many great years ahead if he is mentally stable now, and doesn't fall back into the situations he found himself in a couple of years ago.

im not, on the flats they obviously are. contador is getting isolated pretty often and he is forced to use precious energy.

On the flats and for the TTT they are a weaker team in comparison to other teams...I think that is what dwlssonic meant.

Hence I maintain Lotto and Astana are also weak ;)

Sad for Boonen. I think winning worlds is the only thing that can save his season.
God I hope he does...

FYI, when timmy loves rabo comes on the forum he will be very happy due to his footy team winning.

Go Greipel or Swift!

See y'all later.
